VL’S Curry Bowl. Taking time to have lunch on the run while shopping means stopping at the mall food courts. Some of them have been operating for several years like the ones at my local T&T Market Mall in Surrey BC.  The Kiosks in T&T carry a fine selection of fresh Asian foods, meats and whole fish which brings me here a couple times a month. One of the best meals I can suggest is stopping and saying Hi to Michael at VL’S Curry Bowl. This kitchen has been pumping out good quality takeout with lots of flavour.

It comes with a side of good steamed rice and few curried potatoes.

Side this with some BBQ and wok fried greens all for under 10 bucks. The steamed Guy lan with house oyster sauce is my favourite here .

This family run business has been operating for 20 plus years and have a steady clientele which assures me that the food is turned over fast and is made fresh daily. The curry sauce is most excellent and the menu offers  several other hot to go curry bowls.

I great place to go when you got little time at home to feed the troops and comes in convenient family packs with great quality and value.
