A simple dressing using one part flavoured tarragon red wine vinegar, 3 parts extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 tsp. raw honey and dijon mustard with a squeeze of fresh lime juice some kosher salt and fresh ground pepper shaking and mixed in a small lidded jar.
