The Summer Garden Bounty.

The fresh garden cucumbers, carrots, peppers, and clipped farm earth grown baby micro greens with mini heirloom tomatoes. The only way to get a great salad is to start with great tasting vegetables.

Global Organics and Baker Breeze farms have the quality edibles from original strains that I require to make outstanding salads and vegan entrées. The edible flowers add excitement and exotic flavours to any plate of greens.

A simple dressing using one part flavoured tarragon red wine vinegar, 3 parts extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 tsp. raw honey and dijon mustard with a squeeze of fresh lime juice some kosher salt and fresh ground pepper shaking and mixed in a small lidded jar.
