Nothing makes a party go El Grande more than these mouth watering Tequilia Lemon/Lime Jalepeno Shrimp!
16/20 black tiger shrimp peeled and devained soaked in water and sea salt for 10 minutes then rinsedthoroughly
Some chopped green onion chopped garlic
Crumbled feta cheese
Fresh squeezed lemon/lime juice
2 tbs unsalted butter dash of vegetable oil all placed in a skillet and on high heat quickly fry without scortching by continued movement add the tequilla, whoosh flambe’ salt pepper to taste.
A chilled Corona and a little hot sauce with a hunk of soft tortilla to sopp up the juices.
