Thekitchenman meeting with Vikram Vij was very interesting. When I met with Vikram at his modern Langley BC facilties and started to chat, we got to know each others strong passion for food. The time just flew by and Vikram has agreed we will be meeting in the New Year to discuss his new line of India Inspired products. He will add some of his favourite condiment side recipes. I will keep you posted when we have our next one on one.
