          Tasty Halibut Cheek Tacos. Panko crumbs used to bread the cheeks. Pan fry till golden brown and set on a paper towel to rest. In a bowl mix fresh snipped salad greens, pea sprouts, tomato chunks, slivers of sweeet bell peppers, orange sgements, mango peices, ripped cilantro leafs.
