Knotty Pine in Preston

Back in the mid eighties when I was chef at the Knotty Pine in Preston I was asked to recipe all the bake shop items and make the ingedient recipe formulate in metric and fine tune all the baking recipes. This binder contains all the original Knotty Pine Recipes from the source. Jill Jaques. Jeff also added the pot Pie factory items including the infamous chichen pot pie and two part rib sauce. The salad dressings were also added. I will be posting the most popular items on my thekitchenman Facebook page as I release the complete set of K/P recipes in my weekly columns in the Surrey Now Source newspaper.
