King Crab Beef Tenderloin Surf &Turf. When the King crab and AAA tenderloin are the Valentine featured at the grocery store and after inspection find it fresh and worthy. It’s time for a nice surf and turf dinner at home. I picked out some nice split legs of crab with a few meaty joint parts along with a 300 gram angus tender which was spit to make two 6 oz. filets. I put the steamer together and got the butter heating along with some vegetables to steam. Crusty Rolls and nice  simple side salad. These items pare nice with a chilled bottle of Sparkling Wine.
