Nothing tastes better then a garden fresh tossed salad.
Mouthwatering tomatoes, crispy lettuce, some slices of cool cuccumber, a wedge of sweet bell pepper and maybe an olive or two.
Mix 4 parts Virgin Olive Oil to one part Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 tsp of dijon mustard together in a small jar with a dash of dried oregano and basil with some kosher salt and fresh ground pepper.
Cap & Shake blending well. Add your favourite crumbled feta cheese pour over some dressing and toss together and watch the smiles.
