Wild Pacific Trail Uchlet BC.

I must say that when Cathy and I slipped away for a little weekend getaway the last time we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Black Rock Resort in Ucluelet, BC .

BC Ferries have weekend getaway packages and this quick getaway hit all the right notes. Reserved Vancouver to Vancouver Island ferry trip to Sidney or Duke Point from Horseshoe Bay or Tsawwassen, economical cost, great next door proximity to the infamous Long Beach, and the Wild Pacific Trail. What a grand spot to walk the low tidal pools and see the beutiful sea creatures close up. get a claming and crab license and whip up a pot in your room.  The rooms are very accomadating and very comfortable with great views of the ocean like in my photo from our balcony with all the soothing sounds and sightings of all the sea birds. The restaurants were all very accommodating without attitude. The patio or your balcony on a sunny afternoon will lift your spirits and bring on a good mellow high.

Only one thing to say about the food is “Wow Wee!”
