Prime Rib.
My new Napoleon BBQ has just got a fired up doing a seasoning burn for the long weekend. Now its time to season the grill with some vegetable oil for another 30 minutes and repeat. To nite if the weather breaks it will be a most delicious Rib Steak I purchased at the St. Jacobs Market. The first taste from this cut was just seasoned with salt and pepper and bbq grilled on high flame 7 minutes a side moving for some good char marking. It was a 10 for quality. Thanks for the a prime cut John.
Got all the ingredients including a very nice portion of 29 day dry aged prime rib steak, some yukon gold spuds with some just picked asparagus a farm fresh beef steak tomato. Thank you John the butcher surgeon and his mom from Rolling Acres Fine Meats for the perfect prime rib steak and tenderloin inspiration.
I saved a portion to be iron skillet roasted nestled in a vegetable mushroom medley.
