On my travels I always am looking for interesting food items from the country I am visiting. I heard a lot about Lizano Salsa and after first trying it in Puerto Rico on Johnny Cakes filled with a filet of fried Dorado a member of the Tunis family [Gnathono-don Speciosus] I realised that this was the added flavour that was missing in my South American recipe dishes.
